I started in 1997 when I went in school for a three years training course and one more in professional kitchens.
I worked in hotels such as Ritz Four Seasons, and TheOitavos, passing through some Michelin Restaurants like Eleven with Joaquin Koerper.
I am a very passionate Chef that, every time, looks for the perfect balance in the dishes that I do, always looking for the best product and treating it perfectly to achieve the best final result. Cuisine is a way of living. Creativity is what I use to find the final result in my dishes.
