I am a professional private chef with 15 years of experience in the industry. I started cooking on private yachts around the world and then was land-based in Lisbon cooking for a Swedish Family and travelling with them to their various estates. I did my culinary training in England. Working on private yachts has given me a broad scope with regard to various different culinary cultures and people. I have been fortunate to work all over the world with many wonderful people.
