I have worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, from starting at 'Marco' by Marco Pierre White, Chelsea, London to Yorkshire's most famous Michelin starred restaurant 'The Box Tree' in Ilkley. My complete love for food drove me to open my own award-winning tapas restaurants in Yorkshire. Simon sharpened his craft working alongside chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Simon Gueller & Anthony Flynn.
Based on the beautiful island of Madeira-Portugal, you can expect tastes of modern European cuisine focusing on flavour and seasonal produce, all wrapped up in the most breath-taking setting
