I have worked in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, from starting at 'Marco' by Marco Pierre White, Chelsea, London to Yorkshire's most famous Michelin starred restaurant 'The Box Tree' in Ilkley. My complete love for food drove me to open my own award-winning tapas restaurants in Yorkshire. Simon sharpened his craft working alongside chefs such as Marco Pierre White, Simon Gueller & Anthony Flynn.

Chef Simon’s dishes were incredible! Equally delicious as they were visually beautiful. Very flexible with curating a menu to suit a group of people with different tastes and food preferences. He incorporated local flavors and ingredients. Would recommend him 10 out of 10!
