Private Chef In NisaI am professional chef of 17 years and I have spent time in Spanish, Italian, French, Peruvian Iranian and English kitchens. I have run and owned my own Restaurant and outside catering company called La Casona for 5 years in Manchester England, we sold up there and then opened an Italian cicchetti restaurant as executive sous chef in Manchester called Cibo. I then moved to the south of England to Ockenden manor as senior chef de partie, the restaurant had a Michelin star and was a fantastic experience, i learnt so much . I moved to the Basque country in Spain where i was an area chef/executive chef for a large restaurant group called basko and i worked in San Sebastian, Ibiza and Bilbao .After that i moved to Guernsey where i ran a Mediterranean themed up market bistro for 5 years called the Auberge du Val. In between jobs i worked for a temporary recruitment agency called Flourish where they sent me all over the UK to fine dining restaurants hotels and gastro pubs. I have a big love for thai , Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. In my free time i love to ride my bike in to the mountains, exploring the countryside.
