Born in Portugal, I embarked on my culinary journey at the age of 18, studying Culinary Arts, at Porto Hospitality School. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of honing my skills in prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants such as Pure C, Vila Joya, and Casa da Calçada, where I learned the art of balancing creativity with tradition. I am passionate about cooking and serving others, my cooking style is unpretentious, full of flavor and cozy.
