Hello! I’m a chef deeply passionate about crafting unforgettable culinary experiences. My journey in the kitchen began at the age of 16, driven by curiosity and a genuine love for gastronomy. At 20, I started my professional career in Australia, a milestone that solidified my commitment to the culinary arts. Since then, my path has taken me to Portugal, where I refined my skills and embraced the rich flavors and techniques of the local cuisine.

I’ve always been self-taught and inquisitive, traits that have fueled my continuous exploration of the hospitality world. I hold a degree in Hospitality and have also completed an advanced bartending course in Thailand, allowing me to deliver not only exceptional dishes but also thoughtfully curated and harmonious dining experiences.

For me, serving goes beyond food—it’s about creating unique and special moments that linger in the memories of those gathered around the table. My passion lies in combining quality, creativity, and impeccable service to turn every dinner into a celebration of great food and human connection.
