I am a dedicated and skilled chef who channels my passion for culinary arts into creating delectable masterpieces that captivate the senses.
I am a professional chef with over 20 years of high level experience. I have mastered a vast range of culinary skills and tastes from all around the globe.
I grew up in my families restaurant in the UK and from a very young age I was introduced to high level cooking.
I moved to Portugal eight years ago to renovate and run my families business, which I managed and was also head chef. Here I learned how to create Portuguese dishes and use local produce to create a menu with different styles of fusion, with my favorite style Asian!
