Welcome to an insane duo who wish to take you on their escapades. Oliver, The Chef, and

Laura, The Crazed Producer, are bringing their wild production to you. Oliver was raised in the

restaurant trade, where his parents worked hard to put him through school. During these years,

he was introduced to flavors that make his palate unique. As for Laura, forever the dreamer,

the marriage is perfect. Travel, food, production and storytelling.

As professionals, both are experienced and are now wanting to share their passion with others.

Oliver is grateful to his previous mentors, from entrepreneurs to restaurateurs, they allowed

him to experience and learn from the greatest. A special mention goes out to

Bukhara/Haiku/Del Mar group and Sabi for the fantastic fifteen years of learning what it takes

to deliver an optimum dining experience.

As for Laura, you just need to ask, her story is an intense one, which has brought them both to

Portugal.

Specializing in Asian, Indian, Mexican and Fine Dining, these two are not only great in the

kitchen, but great entertainment too. You and your guests are welcome to watch, to ask and

even to learn how to master your own kitchen.

From private dining groups, specialized functions through to weddings and baptisms, they are

available to help you create your unique occasion.

Wow, what can we say?! Oliver and Laura were incredible! From their communication from before we booked to their communication after the booking - they were so attentive. We were a group of 8 who Oliver and Laura fed DELICIOUS food. We had a Portuguese feast on the first night which was fantastic and then a Seafood BBQ Bonanza on the second night which may have been the star of the show! Everyone had different favourite dishes which shows how good everything truly was! The catered really well to some of our dietary requirements and flavour was never compromised. I'd recommend them a million times over!

Highly recommend Oliver and Laura. They can work within the any personal or kitchen limits that you throw their way to create an amazing meal. They were great company as well!

Wonderful and engaging chefs, delicious dinner, and incredible clean up. They went out of their way to ensure I loved the menu and were very accommodating for one of the eight guests who is a vegan. The absolutely delicious vegan chocolate cake with sparklers for my birthday took it over the top! Don't hesitate to book this incredible duo!

Oliver and Laura were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to work with in planning our menu for a dinner at our vacation villa in Ericeira. On the day of, they were extremely prompt and cooking commenced right away. The food was amazing / fresh seafood… mussels, calamari, fish, shrimp… all accompanied by incredibly thoughtful and fresh side dishes and salads. The meal was a 10/10 and our group loved the whole experience! I definitely recommend Oliver and Laura for your private event or meal!

Oliver and Laura were brilliant from start to finish. They were engaging in the lead up to the event, ensuring they were well prepared. When they arrived, they got to work in the kitchen and we barely noticed they were there. They encouraged us to enjoy our appetisers by the pool where we were still enjoying the sun, and then waited until we said we were ready to move inside for the rest of the dishes. They explained each dish, and ensured there was plenty to go around. After the meal - they cleaned up promptly and without a fuss. They took pictures and videos of the group throughout, to share with us, which was also really special as it can be hard to capture the full group when there are so many. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone <3 thank you!

Oliver and Laura were amazing chefs. They were right on time, with all the equipment needed. They setup the tables, served the food in a nice manner. They even explained the story behind each dish , which all tasted very good. Cleaning after wards was super fast and professional, the kitchen was as new! I would definitely recommend to work with them, as it was a truly exceptional experience
