Welcome to an insane duo who wish to take you on their escapades. Oliver, The Chef, and
Laura, The Crazed Producer, are bringing their wild production to you. Oliver was raised in the
restaurant trade, where his parents worked hard to put him through school. During these years,
he was introduced to flavors that make his palate unique. As for Laura, forever the dreamer,
the marriage is perfect. Travel, food, production and storytelling.
As professionals, both are experienced and are now wanting to share their passion with others.
Oliver is grateful to his previous mentors, from entrepreneurs to restaurateurs, they allowed
him to experience and learn from the greatest. A special mention goes out to
Bukhara/Haiku/Del Mar group and Sabi for the fantastic fifteen years of learning what it takes
to deliver an optimum dining experience.
As for Laura, you just need to ask, her story is an intense one, which has brought them both to
Portugal.
Specializing in Asian, Indian, Mexican and Fine Dining, these two are not only great in the
kitchen, but great entertainment too. You and your guests are welcome to watch, to ask and
even to learn how to master your own kitchen.
From private dining groups, specialized functions through to weddings and baptisms, they are
available to help you create your unique occasion.
