I graduate in Culinary diploma in year 2001 . I start my Career in 2004 in Nepal as kitchen helper . I work as kitchen assistant for 4 years .I apply for cook in year 2008 as first job for abroad which was in Middle East in Dubai .Supreme food service where i learn all the basic food technique handling , temperature control , food/ stock rotation , storing , thawing
I work for 2 years with Supreme food service . After that i switch the company with Dyncorp international from 2010 to 2013 as Chef de partie or department head .
I am working as a head chef in El Prego in Nation park lisbon from 2019 . i work in Royal caribbean cruise from 2014 to 2015 . Experience the work pressure in big kitchen .
