I'm a professional chef, currently head chef at a 5 star hotel steak house.

Cooking is more than a recipe, Cooking is a philosophy, inspire others and allow myself to be inspired. I've worked at Michelin 2 Star restaurant, and 5 star hotel resort, however i seek more than that, I love making people smile trough food.

Food tells many stories, if there is one thing we share since our ancestors is the moment of the meal, people gathering around a table sharing moments and making memories.

From the rustic melt in your mouth, fall off the bone BBQ ribs, trough the delicate white fish ceviche, going trough the familly style woodboard served feast, or the crystal finelly plated portions, my range is quite broad.

Chef Alexandre Paiva was very professional, and went above and beyond to accomodate our requests, this being our first experience with take a chef. Being able to enjoy a top level fine dining expereience in the confort of vacation rental villa, with the amazing view we had as a backdrop, really exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, plating was gorgeous, and the red prawn ceviche unforgettable - although I understand it's quite seasonal, so best luck getting some :). 5/5 Aproved

Alexandre Pavia gave me & my partner a night we will always remember. I can’t fault anything, as everything was very professional but friendly & very welcoming. I will definitely will be using using him again when I come back. The food was very delicious & the portion was more than I expected. Overall, it was an incredible experience & will definitely recommend.
