I value the essence of cooking: bringing people together, sharing knowledge, and transforming simple ingredients into memorable experiences.
With over 10 years of experience in the culinary world, I have had the opportunity to work in several restaurants, both in Portugal and internationally. I began my culinary journey in London, where I had the privilege of working with the prestigious chef Nuno Mendes at Chiltern Firehouse and Taberna do Mercado.
Back in Lisbon, I worked at well-known restaurants such as Prado and Ofício Tasco Atípico. I also had the opportunity to work in France at Le Saint Hubert, where I further honed my skills.
In addition, I collaborated with We Are ONA, a pop-up event company that creates unique experiences in unexpected locations around the world. I was part of two of their pop-up events in Lisbon, which gave me the chance to expand my horizons and explore a different aspect of the culinary world.
My vision in the kitchen has always been to blend traditional techniques with a contemporary approach, transforming simple ingredients into memorable experiences for my clients.
