Hello! I'm Max, and I've been cooking with passion and dedication for 20 years. My culinary journey took me through various Michelin-starred restaurants in Berlin before I founded my own catering company, which I successfully sold in 2018. For the past three years, I've been living in Portugal and leading Puro Catering in the Algarve for the past two years.
My Philosophy
I firmly believe in the magic of local products. Whether it's fresh seafood, fish, vegetables, or wild herbs, the quality and freshness of the ingredients are the heart of my kitchen. I place great importance on intense flavors and the perfect cooking point of meat and fish. My goal is to offer my guests an unforgettable culinary experience with creative and innovative dishes.
My Experience
In my 20-year career, I've worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Berlin, gaining valuable experience. My own catering company in Berlin was a great success, and now I continue to apply my passion and expertise in Portugal with Puro Catering.
