I am a professional chef with 12 years of culinary experience from Santiago, Chile. After earning my chef's degree in Barcelona, I honed my skills in the vibrant restaurant scenes of Barcelona, Berlin, and Lisbon. This journey led me to co-found the restaurant CHOCLO Ceviche in the heart of Lisbon together with my partner and wife, that embraces the traditional Latin culture paired with modern cooking techniques.
I pride myself on using only the freshest and finest ingredients to craft dishes that delight the palate and showcase my culinary expertise. My dedication to excellence was recognized when I was awarded El Corte Inglés' "Chef de Revelação Julho/Agosto 2023," and our restaurant was honored as one of the Top 130 Restaurants in Lisbon by TimeOut Magazine.
Now, I am excited to embark on new culinary adventures as a private chef, where I can once again enjoy the close connection with those I cook for, bringing my passion and skills directly to your table.
