I am a french passionate chef who learnt on his own, I am always staying curious about new trends, techniques and global dishes to offer you the best experience possible. I am currently chef in my own restaurant in Braga, Portugal that we run with my wife. If i had to describe my cooking I will say that its full of variety from classic french dishes to Japanese food, south east Asia, African food, brunch options... I also am a father so I will be able to adapt better every menu to satisfy everyone including children.
