Private Chef In PortoGraduated from The Art Institute of Austin, Texas in 2020, I joined the team of Chefs Bradley Nicholson and Susana Querejazu at the Commodore Perry State Auberge Resort. After great learning and industry immersion, I went to work with Chefs Jeffrey Hundelt and Katie Barrett at the SummerHouse at Magdalena Hotel from Bunkhouse Group where I was inspired by Texan cuisine.
After this spectacular period of professional growth, I decided to accept the challenge of crossing the Atlantic and embarking on an experience, thus becoming Chef de Cuisine at Casa Guedes Progresso, where I have already signed my third tapas menu.
