My name is Marcel Heukels Dutch born and lived there for 50 years. I spend most my life workin in restaurants and have 30 years of experience as a chef. As well workin for restaurants as running our own restaurant with my wife Amanda Jones (Autralian born) for 14 years. (www.zebs.nl) My specialty is Mediterranean fusion with a modern twist.
