I am very passionate about Gluten free, I am a celiac myself. I specialised in cooking for people with allergies or intolerance.
I am a formed chef, even if I think that word is a bit pretentious, I love to cook, to make people smile and most of all to make everyone feel included.
I had studied for five years and worked in kitchens for many after, I discovered some allergies a couple of years ago and now I made it my mission to make everyone feel comfortable and happy with food, even with restrictions!
