Hi! I am a private chef in private Quinta in Sintra, Portugal. I am originally from Philippines, a country which has a lots of variety in regard of cuisines. One aspect of my culinary journey that has greatly shaped my approach is my love for travel. Exploring different cultures and their cuisines has broadened my perspective and infused my cooking with a rich tapestry of flavours and techniques. From the vibrant spices of India to the delicate balance different Asian, Portuguese and other cuisines. In conclusion, I am a passionate and dedicated chef who brings a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. I am eager to contribute my skills and vision to each and every event that I work for, and I look forward to the opportunity to share my passion for culinary excellence. Furthermore, I firmly believed in the importance of sourcing high-quality ingredients and supporting local suppliers.
