Hi! I am a private chef in private Quinta in Sintra, Portugal. I am originally from Philippines, a country which has a lots of variety in regard of cuisines. One aspect of my culinary journey that has greatly shaped my approach is my love for travel. Exploring different cultures and their cuisines has broadened my perspective and infused my cooking with a rich tapestry of flavours and techniques. From the vibrant spices of India to the delicate balance different Asian, Portuguese and other cuisines. In conclusion, I am a passionate and dedicated chef who brings a combination of technical expertise, creativity, and a commitment to excellence. I am eager to contribute my skills and vision to each and every event that I work for, and I look forward to the opportunity to share my passion for culinary excellence. Erica was a fantastic chef and person to get to know! She prepared beautiful and delicious dishes with fresh ingredients that all of us, even our almost 3 year old, enjoyed. We learned about the history of the food too. She was mindful of our preferences and even added extra fruit for our kid. Highly recommend!

Erica absolutely made our week! Not only was her food delicious, varied and locally sourced, but she was fantastically organised, super friendly and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble and her gentle nature was a balm for all of us in the evening after long days (and sometimes nights) looking after tiny children! We highly recommend her as a private chef. Thank you Erica!

Erica did a great job in preparing and serve two dinners and one breakfasts for our party of 15 in a vacation setting. Erica brought an assistant on both days and they managed to prepare great food for us despite a poorly equipped kitchen and many specific wishes to the menu. Erica is very friendly and attentive and the food was highly appreciated by everybody so we can highly recommend Erica for this type of arrangement.

I must say, the service was exceptional, I didn't expect something like that, delicious, complete, sublime, the menu was perfect.

Both Erica and her husband were amazing from start to finish. They were engaging but also let us get on with our evening as if they weren’t there. The food was outstanding and the place was left cleaner than when they arrived. Fantastic evening to end our holiday. Thank you x
