Personal Chef In PortoI love food and I love cooking, simple! My style is a mix of my different influences and experiences. I am British, grew up in southern Spain on incredible Mediterranean fish dishes, we’d make frequent visits to Morocco where I tried my very first tagine and was introduced to an array of incredible spices. I was a vegetarian for a long time but then married a Scottish highlander who introduced me to amazing ingredients like wild venison and Pheasant. My travels have taken me to India and Thailand where I fell in love with the cuisine and became obsessed with Asian spices, flavours & techniques.
