With innovation and creativity my rules are trying to keep all the flavors and food quality. Grandma's Kitchen presented by her grandson
Actually as Executive Chef in a 5* Hotel in Cascais, with 15 years of experience, I love to surprise all the customers with flavors.
I work also in Angola, during 6 Years Supervising 6 Restaurant, Training and educating more than 100 apprentice cooks. It was very important for me as well for them.
