I have cooked privately for global palates, absorbing flavors from traditional Italy and also Latin America with exotic ingredients from the Andes, the Pacific and true Mexican cuisine. One word that describes me is versatility, from the most traditional Roman Carbonara to the incomparable Argentine grill, from American street food to the complexity of Japanese and Southeast Asian cuisine.
