I am chef for 23 yrs working in the diplomatic community in lisbon, i had experience running my own restaurant and events in catering. I am passionate in cooking, entertaining people, food and culture. I founded A Diplomata in 2017 A Diplomata (The Diplomat) - "Eat Healthy. Live Happy." A Diplomata is finding new ways to meet consumer needs and bringing a faster cycle of innovation to the farm-to-table catering and cultural event dining experiences. A Diplomata is creating tasting experiences and providing products focused on consumers with the most discerning tastes. It's an international VIP dining and event experience for the diplomat, expatriate and gourmet foodie within the greater Lisbon, Cascais, and Sintra areas.
