Passionate Chef. Exclusive meals from breakfast to dinner

Hi, my name is Janis, passionated chef and surfer.

Always having pleasure helping my mum in the kitchen especially backing cookies for christmas,

my real career as a chef started in 2004, as an apprentice in Hotel Vaalsbroek in the Netherlands, while I went to the chef school in Germany.

After my graduation I spent time travelling and cooking in several countries in Europe.

The last years I was working in Gstaad, in Switzerland, to widen my culinary horizon.

Always attracted by the ocean and the waves, my way led me to Portugal, constantly searching for waves and new recepies.

Now I am offering my services as a private chef and freelancer, ready for those who want to lean back and enjoy exlcusive meals, from breakfast to dinner.
