Hi, I'm Irene, I'm from Sicily in italy, and now I'm living in Lisbon.
I have a very strong passion for cusione and cooking.
I can cook more gourmet plates, more casualfoods, and even come to you to do a week meal prep.
I know how to cook all the traditional Italian and especially Sicilian dishes, but I also love to experiment with cuisines from other nations, especially Indian cuisine, having part of my family coming from there, or make variations to my usual or traditional recipes according to my tastes of the moment.
In any case, I prefer a genuine cuisine with the least number of ingredients, with recipes low in carbohydrates and fats (when posibible), and I always try to prepare balanced and healthy meals.
