Chef At Home In Vila Nova De GaiaI m a 29 year old female professional chef with 10 years experience in international kitchen. Having been a food lover since a young age, undoubtedly because all always love to see my mother preprering dinner for the family this made me want to go further in this field and so began my 10 year kitchen affair. I started honing my skills in various restaurants in Curitiba, such as Steak House, Franco-Italian, Iberico, and tradicional Brasilian Food.
With the breadth of knowledge from these experiences in Brasil, I felt it was time to learn more about international cuisine and moved to Portugal em 2023.
In Porto I worked at seafood restaurant Meia Nau than I had the opportunite to work ‘Barão of Fladgate’ a fine dinne restaurant, where I kept learning having had the pleasure to prepare traditional contemporary cuisine with an emphasis on using fresh local ingredients and authentic Portuguese flavours.
