Raised in Lisbon, I have a deep connection to Portuguese cuisine, which I combine with global influences from my extensive travels through Spain, France, Ireland, the UK, Italy, Greece, India, Cape Verde, and Angola.

I specialize in Mediterranean cuisine as well as Southern Creole and Cajun (New Orleans) cooking, blending rich, traditional flavors with modern, health-conscious cooking. We booked Chef Ines for a private birthday dinner party for six people on New Years Eve and doing so was a fantastic decision. From the very first interaction Chef Ines stood out with her personalised and collaborative approach esnuring that it really was a special meal. She was the only chef who replied with a personal message alonside the proposed menu. Her proactive and considerate communications continued making us feel very confident in the meal. She communicated really well the day leading up to the dinner and arrived perfectly on time, with all the materials she needed. She was very warm, friendly, attentive but also discreet. She also had a great playlist she offered to play! The food was nothing short of exceptional- each dish full of flavour and cooked to perfection. I'm not sure we could even pick our favourite though I know some of us are going to attempt to recreate them at home. Everything really was flawless. She cleaned the kitchen afterwards making the whole experience even more wonderful. Can not recommend Chef Ines enough!

Chef Inês was fantastic! She created an epic Portuguese feast for us - including individual bento boxes for the littles. She also let our 5 year old help her in the kitchen - a true delight. Would highly recommend!
