I am a professional chef with 10+ years of experience in the culinary world. I studied at madeira cooking school and when i finished i ventured into learning the most i could. I started working at a sushi restaurant because i had a background of french cuisine and wanted to defy myself into improving my cooking skills. I, then, worked at an italian restaurant, Fresh seafood restaurant, helped open a bistro and finnaly my passion led me to my roots, cooking the food that i grew with and eager to share it to the world.
