My love for event and catering has led me to run my own catering company in Mauritius over the past years, called We Grill You Chill

Here I specialized in small private events whether it is a birthday, a bachelorette, a brunch or whatever you want to celebrate with outdoor Grill as my main took! Finger foods, posh BBQs, Fancy picnic lunches. My cooking depends on the occasion and seasons we are in, I love using fresh ingredient but also mixing flavors from my origin and from my travels around the world. Growing up in a German and Mauritian family, I love mixing flavors, textures and spices found in Mauritian cuisine, Asian flavors, and Indian spices. I enjoy working on healthy options and prepare the most delicious brunches, family style meals, and grilled parties!
