I'm a professional chef, taking a break from the hospitality industry, but still with the love for food and cooking for people. My experiences in the restaurant started 11 years ago in Italy, my home country, and grown in UK. I used to work in a pub, brunch place, michelin star restaurant and catering! And obviously in Italian restaurants.
