Hello everyone,
I am Spiros, coming from Greece.
I have been working for 12 years at villas and luxury resorts, hotels, apartments etc. I'm am a pastry chef with years of experience as a chef as well, who specializes in Greek cuisine, both traditional and new age.
Mediterranean cuisine and desserts are my fields of expertise.
