I have had opportunities that allowed me to travel a lot during my early years as a cook. That led me to learn a lot about cultures and different cuisines. I have had formal education regarding culinary skills and nutrition. For 6 years I have worked in different types of restaurants ranging from casual to extreme fine dining. Now, my cooking style is a mix of both and heavily integrates preservation techniques. I like to think of myself as a storyteller and believe that good food should be accessible to everyone.
