Cook, eat and drink its the most honest feeling of living life we can have, specially if we can have those moments with our special ones.
Started in professional kitchens with 15 years old as apprentice, but early start cooking with 7 years when my granny teached me how to make a vegetable soup.
10 years later here I am launching my self as private chef part-time and full-time Sous-Chef at the restaurant Casa do Lago in Quinta do Lago, Algarve. In this 10 years I have been getting experience through different kitchens, from gastropubs to NPD catering kitchens (1 week experience in England) and 1 Michelin star restaurant in Almancil (Henrique Leis) I also lived in Dublin, Ireland for 4 years.
My connection with food its about simplicity and respect for the product and all he´s designation from the moment he is created until we eat.
