I'm Chef David, a 35-year-old family man with over 10 years of professional cooking experience. My culinary journey has taken me through some incredible kitchens, including the Michelin-starred Oliais and aboard the luxurious 6-star boutique river cruise, Uniworld, across Italy, Germany, France, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. I've also had the privilege of working in fine dining restaurantsand American grills in Solihull, Birmingham, England, where I've refined my skills and learned to create exceptional dishes that blend sophistication with heart.
