Italian chef based in Warsaw, known for a modern twist on traditional Italian cuisine in my restaurant, Madre, in Elektrownia Powisle

I’ve been cooking for the past 17 years, and what started as a way to pay for my studies quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Over time, I realized I had a natural talent for it, so I decided to dive in fully and immerse myself in the culinary world. I’ve had the privilege of working in Italy, England, Spain, Albania, and, of course, Poland—constantly feeding my curiosity and expanding my knowledge.

My journey has taken me through several Michelin-starred restaurants, where I learned not only the technical skills but also the discipline and mindset that separates cooks from true professional chefs. Each step of my career has been a valuable experience, and I’m excited to continue learning and evolving.
