Awarded Master Chef title in 2017, received my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2017, trained in the principles and discipline of raw and plant based cooking.
I draw my inspiration from Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Japan.
My food repertoire also range from classic to fusion food from countries like Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Greece and Poland.
I also specialize in unique BBQ concepts.
I am classically trained in French cuisine and gained experience working for Raymond Blanc and in top Leading Hotels of the World and Small Luxury Hotels of the World.
