I’m a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, currently working at a 1 Michelin star restaurant.
I’m a professional chef, Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumna, been working as a sous chef in Hong Kong for 2 years. For the past year I’ve been working at one of the 50 best restaurants in the world. Im looking for private cheffing because that’s how one can enjoy cooking again after busy restaurant life. More than anything I cherish healthy food, I myself always eat clean and know how to make it a life-long journey. Gluten-free, lactose-free, food intolerances and allergies - not a challenge for me st all.
