My name is Antonio I come from the south of Italy, I have been a professional chef for more than 20 years working in the best hotels and restaurants in Fuerventura, Mallorca and Barcelona, now I have been in Warsaw for 2 years as a private chef.

I have been lucky enough to travel a lot in Havana, my wife is also a Cuban cook and we work together as home chefs

I can walk you through these magical places in one dinner!

Antonio y su compañera han estado geniales, adaptaron el menu a nuestras necesidades, muy comunicativo todo el tiempo. La comida muy buena y el trato excelente.

Antonio and Tanya were fantastic. Antonio was very attentive to every request we had and some dietary restrictions (gluten, vegetarian, pregnant). Communicating with him before the dinner was easy, friendly and professional. He also replied very quickly. It was clear from the start that he has two top concerns: to provide the best experience and food according to his professional standards and to ensure that we are happy. He excelled in both respects. The food was delicious, varied and with beautiful presentation and attention to detail. The appetizers were very special and made his menu stand out. Tanya and him were also extremely nice. It was a great pleasure to have had the opportunity to enjoy this meal. I recommend Antonio to anyone.

Muy buena experiencia! Antonio y Tania cocinan estupendamente, puntuales, discretos y creativos. Recomiendo su cena degustación de 11 platos, os sorprenderá gratamente. Después de una cena para 11 personas con 11 platos diferentes dejaron la cocina impecable, del todo recomendable.

La experiencia con el chef Antonio ha sido estupenda. Ha demostrado ser un gran profesional, tanto por la calidad de sus platos, en el que combinó una materia prima de excelente calidad, concretamente un pato de más de 400 g por ración, muy bien cocinado con su salsa y al punto que le pedimos. Fue una pequeña obra de arte. Además, el servicio fue muy profesional y, después, nos dejó la cocina impoluta.
