Chef Francis is the best. Our kitchen was a bit warm but nevertheless, he delivered. He cooked every dish to a tee. I would definitely book him for the next occassion.

Excellent chef and attention to detail. It was for an anniversary with my wife and the setup was amazingly beautiful. It exceeded my expectation and I didnt have to lift a finger from setup to clean up. Menu was flexible upon my request to change.
