I am a British Chef with over 20 years Experience in high end Kitchens, I have been in the Philippines for over 3 years continuous since 2017, I previously worked at the Famous El Nido Resorts, Pangalusian Island 5 Star Resort as Executive Chef so I have amassed a good vocabulary of Pinoy dishes and I describe my food as Modern European with a Filipino twist.
