I am a Culinary Chef by Profession with almost 20 years experienced in Culinary Industry working in the Hotel. Resorts and Country Club. I am a College degree holder took up Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management. My expertise is International and my forte is Asian cooking as well as Administrative work in the Kitchen. I make sure that every time I make the food preparation is always on time and at the end of the day the most important part is the guest satisfaction in terms of the Food quality, taste and the presentation. I also make sure that I always monitor my expenses especially my food cost to be able to have a good profit at the end of the month. Communication and Training is also very important role in my Kitchen without doing this I cannot achieved the vision and the mission of the company and also my KRA.
