Private Chef In Las PiñasI am a fresh graduate from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management major in Culinary Arts. I do freelance work, project-based events, and private events with some industry professionals.
I sometimes work "on-call" as a kitchen assistant (chef) at the Official Residence of the Canadian Embassy under Executive Chef Joseph Gomez, wherein we conducted various private and catering events for the Canadian Embassy.
I also do project-based events, and live-cooking demonstrations at food and beverage expos, like MAFBEX (Manila Food and Beverage Expo) and World Bazaar Festival, at the World Trade Center, Pasay as an exhibitor/demonstrator.
I've also worked as a volunteered assistant for Eurorich and McAsia (Foodtrade Corporations) as a demonstrator and sampler at WOFEX (World Food Expo) at the SMX Convention center, Pasay.
I also do private dinners and events for small groups, family events and other special occasions.
