Private Chef In PasigI am a professional chef with 10 years of experience in culinary field. I took my education at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines where I studied Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I started my culinary career in 2012 even before graduating college. I was offered a job as a part timer in Oakwood hotel where I took my college Internship and stayed with the company for full time after my graduation. Oakwood is the place where I learned most of my culinary skill. To be honest, Oakwood made me realized that cooking is not just my profession, cooking became my passion. In 2018, I started working in Norwegian Cruise line, a multi cultured company where I experience working with different nationalities and different culture. I could say working in a cruise ship improved my knowledge not just about culinary and food safety, but also about professionalism and work ethics. I believe there is always more to learn and more to share with other people.
