With over 20 years of global experience in hotels, restaurants and resorts, Chef Prats is professionally accredited and affiliated by some of the world’s most prestigious culinary organizations including the World Association of Chef Societies (Beacon, NY USA), The International Association of Culinary Professionals (Louisvile, USA) An International Faculty Membership at the National Restaurant Association’s Educational Foundation (Washington, DC USA), and a licensed SERVSAFE™ practitioner and Instructor. He is proud of being one of the few who prestigious ASEAN Master Trainers and Assessors in the Philippines, as certified by ASEAN and the William Angliss Institute of Australia.

This young and talented chef is also currently a Board Director of the Hotel and Restaurant Association of the Philippines, Founding Chairman and 1ST President of the Alliance of TVET School Associations (NCR), Executive Vice President of the European based organization L’Ordre International des Disciples d'Auguste Escoffier, and National Executive Director of the Technical Vocational Schools Association of the Philippines. He was also recently accepted in the high status, renowned European based gastronomic organization La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs with the rank Maître Rôtisseur (Master Chef). He also serves as a Lieutenant (Senior Grade) of the 110th Squadron of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxiliary. A few of his most recent achievements was passing the stringent requirements of the esteemed London based World Master Chefs Society as a Certified Master Chef, a revered appointment as Fellow of the Royal Institute of Master Chefs Singapore, and being conferred the prestigious award for Outstanding Filipino Achiever by the 2018 Golden Globe Annual Awards.
