I am a professional chef running 8 years in the industry. Worked in various fine dining restaurants abroad such as Koi Japanese Restaurant, Modern Hongkong etc. I took up a 2 year culinary course in International Culinary and Hospitality Entrepreneurship Foundation located in Davao City and currently residing in Panglao, Bohol with 3 successful restaurants namely "The Monkey Bar by Chef Jenzel Fontilla" and a restaurant consultancy business.
