I am Chef Ea, passionately innovating and expanding my culinary horizons with a focus on elevated Filipino cuisine. Striving to break social norms, I introduce new, daring flavors, pushing the boundaries of traditional cooking to create extraordinary dining experiences. I began my formal culinary journey at CCA BGC, where I earned a Professional Chef Plus certificate in 2023. My career includes significant roles such as Commis Chef at Admiral Hotel - MGallery, where I was responsible for kitchen operations and menu innovation in the Malayan Lounge. As a Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Tournant under Chef Bela Reick, I managed multiple high-stakes kitchen environments across the hotel’s diverse dining venues, ensuring excellence in everything from banquet to à la carte operations. Currently, I am back at Admiral Hotel - MGallery as a Demi Chef De Partie, overseeing the Garde Manger/Cold kitchen operations, focusing on banquet operations, meticulous menu planning, and providing training for interns, ensuring every aspect of dining is flawless and innovative.
