Raised in Cornwall, England, I am a dynamic Executive Chef who strives for the finest standards through experience of working at 4 and 5 star resorts alongside some of the best Executive Chefs from United Kingdom, Victoria Coast of Australia, and South East Asia. With over 17 years in hospitality and fine dining, strengths lay in combining Asian flavors with modern European methods and presentation with the use of local and seasonal ingredients.
Through the years, I have also developed my own unique style and methods in approaching every dish in a modern contemporary, farm to table twist.
