Food is my great love. Providing joy through food is one my greatest fulfillments in life.
I used to work in a bank before I got into culinary arts. I trained at International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management (ISCAHM) for a year. Afterwards, I started working in various commercial kitchens around the city. My last employment was as Sous Chef of a Spanish restaurant. When pandemic hit, I picked up a few skills to learn including baking breads, a short nutrition course, and got myself certified as a Food Safety Compliance Officer.
