Panamanian and lover of my country's cuisine, resourceful and funky, I blend the flavors of my Italian and Panamanian roots with local ingredients.
I studied pastry at INADEH Panama. After working as a pastry chef for five years, I decided to open my own organic restaurant, where we made the most of every ingredient and aimed to know the origin and source of each one. After COVID, I stepped away from the kitchens for a while. I lived in Mexico City, where I fell in love with cooking again, inspired by its vibrant colors and aromas.
Currently, I run a pastry lab called Pedacito de Cielo and own an organic dairy products company.
