Grateful with the kitchen that has allowed me to gain years, I am a faithful believer that food is our medicine and our medicine is food, Peruvian by birth, I lived most of my life in Panama, where 15 years ago I got involved in this beautiful world of gastronomy, from my beginnings as a waiter to have a catering, 5 years ago I changed my diet to only plant based, which I specialize today not only cook for you, but will support you to improve your health and gain years, simple or complex always cook with quality and love, because everything with love comes out better.
