I define myself by Latin flavors, I love the umami of acid, medium spicy, sweet and salty. The flavors matched the summer of Panama.

Raised in Casco Viejo Panama, absorbing all possible cultures, I have created my own style, a style that combines technique and flavors without shyness.

Panama is a melting pot of flavors and so is my food.
